We do not require account registration and do not collect financial data directly — payments are handled in person or via bank transfer as agreed at time of order.

We only use the information you share with us through WhatsApp for the purposes described in Section 3 above.

• Legal authorities — if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process

We retain order records (including contact information and order details) for up to three (3) years for accounting and tax compliance purposes. After this period, records are securely deleted.

If you contact us without placing an order, we retain your message and contact details only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry.

• Withdraw consent for us to use your data (note: withdrawal may mean we cannot fulfil your order)
